Doing business with Florida Shelving Solutions
If you are interested in any of our products, simply click on account registration form and send it in and we will promptly send you a price list. Once you set up an account and begin purchasing, we will never change your quoted price without a 30 day notification. We do not offer payment terms at this time. All purchases will be charged to your credit card at the time of shipment. Of course, any credit card information will be held securely for future purchases if you so choose.
We ship UPS ground. Normally depending on the time of day the order is received, we will ship your order out that day or no later than the next day. Of course if you need a faster shipment just ask. We will be glad to supply you with UPS rates to your place of business. Simply e-mail us with your zip code and we can supply you with our current ground rates for each item. We will also e-mail your invoice at the time of shipment. We only off digital invoices in order to keep prices lower.
After spending over 25 years as a corporate purchasing manager in a manufacturing environment, I understand the importance of following through when you make a customer a promise. Rest assured, we will always ship your order when we say we will. If we cannot, we will notify you in advance and advise you of any problems.
